• The album was recorded in the Forum Studios in Rome
• Marcello Rota conducting the historic Roma Sinfonietta Orchestra, which – since it was established in 1994 – worked extensively with Morricone, performing under his musical direction at some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls
• Morricone’s son Andrea Morricone is a huge supporter of this project, providing lyrics for “The Ecstasy of Gold” and a previously unreleased track written by him (“I colori dell’amore”)
