• After his acclaimed DG debut with Beethoven, "stunningly gifted" Nobuyuki Tsujii now turns to the music of Russian composers. He has performed "Rach 3" the world over, from London to Australia, where Limelight Magazine deemed his performance "flawless" and "second to none". In addition, Tsujii presents solo transcriptions of pieces by Rachmaninoff and two of his most important forerunners, Tchaikovsky and Rimsky-Korsakov. "Piano transcriptions are fascinating because the arrangers are usually outstanding pianists. They know exactly what is needed to get the maximum out of the instrument.
